I drove all over the Killarney area looking for a field of sunflowers that would present itself towards the camera for a wide panorama. Unfortunately the age of crop, the inclement weather and the layout of roads conspired against me on the day.
This forced me to do something a little different than planned.... shoot with the telephoto and then stack multiple images for focus. This is not a technique that I use often, but it is one that comes in handy from time to time. - Russell
