AustralianLight takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Product details, images, colours, prices, specifications, availability and offers may change from time to time.

Gallery previews, frame previews and room simulations are provided as visual guides. Colours, proportions and scale may vary depending on your screen, selected options and final production method.

Pricing & Orders

All prices shown on the AustralianLight website are in Australian dollars ($AUD). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout.

Despite careful proofing, pricing, availability or typographical errors may occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the correct details or arrange a cancellation and refund.

Most prints, mounts and frames are produced to order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible without incurring reasonable production costs.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not collect or store your full credit card details on our website servers.

Delivery & Shipping

We take care to calculate shipping charges accurately at checkout. Bulky, remote or unusual deliveries can occasionally require manual review. If a significant shipping adjustment is needed, we will contact you before dispatch so you can approve the change or cancel the order.

Finished prints and framed works are packed carefully and sent with carriers selected for the size, fragility and destination of the order. Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the artwork, size, finish, framing requirements, carrier availability and destination. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you where possible.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional re-dispatch charge.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate remedy.

Because most AustralianLight products are custom produced to your selected image, size and finish, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has commenced. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
