Thanks to a 'polar vortex' weather event, areas of NSW from Walcha to Qld border in the north, received a number of short-lived snow events over a period of a week.
These almost rare events bring great excitement to those not used to seeing snow... and that of course includes this Qld-based landscape photographer!
